Our Story
Locally Owned. Family Operated. Eco-Friendly Junk Removal.
Helping Lane County Get Things Done Since 1989
For more than three decades, The Recyclers has been helping people across Lane County clear out, clean up, haul, move, and tackle the jobs that are simply easier with a little help.
Since 1989
More Than 35 Years of Getting It Done.
What started as a local junk removal business has grown into a family-operated team that does a whole lot more than haul things away.
Through the years, The Recyclers has grown alongside the Lane County community while staying true to the idea that started it all: help people get things done and find a better destination for what they no longer need.
And when we haul something away, we don’t automatically send it to the landfill. We look for opportunities to donate, recycle, reuse, and properly handle what we collect — finding a second life for your unwanted items whenever we can.

A Local Business Takes Root
The Recyclers began in Lane County in 1989. From the start, the focus was simple: help people clear out unwanted items while finding ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle instead of sending everything straight to the landfill.

A New Chapter
A friendship between the founder and a fellow local eventually grew into a business partnership. Together, they continued building the business around reducing, reusing, and recycling whenever possible. As The Recyclers became a familiar name in the community, the name eventually became official.
